​​​​​Monday 10/12: 3:00 - 5:00 pm NO PRACTICE

Tuesday 10/13: 3:00 - 5:30 pm @ OHS

Practice / Meeting / Wt Room for EVERYONE - uniform tops to be turned in at meeting for everyone except those running at Regional (Top 7-10 runners)

REST OF PRACTICES will only be for Regional Team (Top 7-10 runners), and coach will communicate directly with those runners

 

OHS Athletic Trainers are available to student-athletes at OHS.

​TEAM BONDING OPPORTUNITY:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• Thursday Night Pasta Dinners - Each Thursday evening before a Saturday Race, the boys gather for a Pasta Dinner hosted by a Senior or Junior Athlete and Parents.  ​

  • FOOD ITEMS TO BRING BY CLASS:  

    • Seniors: fruit or veggies (cut up or sliced) 

    • Juniors: bread (dinner rolls, Hawaiian rolls, etc )

    • Sophomores: drinks (single-serve bottles/cans of soda, water, or Gatorade) 

    • Freshmen: desserts (please have cut and ready to serve -please mark if the item contains nuts)​
