Next Dine & Donate: Tues 10/27 at City BBQ - 1501 Gemini Place - It will run all day and require showing the flyer with the word "GIVE" visible (either printed or on their phone) for in-store purchases or using the special code "GIVE" prior to checkout for online ordering.

Schoolfundr: 

Both boys' and girls' track & field used this company last spring and had a very successful campaign.  This company only takes a 3.5% fee compared to our previous company that took 20%.

Handout given by Coach at Family Picnic - Athletes to collect 20 email addresses and have them on their phone in a Google sheet or bring them to practice this week so that at the end of Thursday's practice, we can work on sending them to potential supporters. 

Instructions for Athletes to create their own fundraising home page - please include some type of picture or image.  The company rep told me the amount of donations increases with a picture on student-athletes' page.

Parent Tailgates: Westerville North and Celtic Clash will have tailgate tents with girls' XC Team - Girls Teams will be creating SUGs for these events

Gatorade: Dan, Bernadette Harvey - Gatorade is purchased in bulk in August and sent each week with the child/parent to the Saturday meet bus. Coach has coolers ready and filled with ice.
